I use this site as a home for the things I build, learn, and write about. It includes notes on software, infrastructure, privacy, and tools that help me understand how the web works, along with longer posts that record ideas and lessons from ongoing projects. The projects section collects practical experiments ranging from small web applications to home-lab and network work. Some are finished, while others are deliberately still in progress: the unfinished parts are often where the most useful questions live.

I care about simple interfaces, dependable systems, and software that is understandable to the people who use and maintain it. When I publish something here, I try to include enough context for it to be useful on its own: what I was trying to solve, which tools I chose, and what I learned along the way.
